1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BIDREAM HK Limited ("BIDREAM," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our luxury shopping platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Eligibility Requirements

4. Shopping Points System

4.1 Purchasing Shopping Points

Users can purchase Shopping Points using USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency. The minimum purchase amount is 1 USDT. Shopping Points are:

• Non-transferable: Cannot be transferred to other users
• Non-redeemable for cash: Points cannot be converted back to USDT
• Platform currency: Used exclusively for accessing commerce events and marketplace purchases

4.2 100% Lossless Guarantee

Our Platform operates on a 100% lossless model:

• If an item is not allocated due to availability, the full amount is instantly credited back to your Shopping Points balance
• Credited points can be used anytime in our marketplace
• No risk of losing your participation amount

4.3 Point Expiration

Shopping Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. Inactive accounts (no login for 24 consecutive months) may be subject to point forfeiture after written notice.

Limited-Time Commerce Events are promotional shopping opportunities where:

• All terms are clearly displayed before participation

• Transparency: Full item history and verification details available
• Trust: Independent third-party verification when applicable

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Payment Methods

We accept USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency as payment for Shopping Points. All transactions are:

• Processed securely through blockchain technology
• Subject to network transaction fees (gas fees)
• Final and non-reversible once confirmed on blockchain

7.2 Refund Policy

Shopping Points purchases are generally non-refundable. However:

• If an item is not allocated, 100% of points are credited back to your account
• Technical errors may be eligible for refunds (case-by-case basis)
• Refund requests must be submitted to kindkang@gmail.com within 7 days

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BIDREAM HK Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without written consent
• Reverse engineer or decompile any Platform software
• Create derivative works based on Platform content

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent rules
• Interfere with or disrupt Platform operations
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Platform systems
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• BIDREAM HK Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount of Shopping Points in your account
• We are not responsible for blockchain network delays or failures
• Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Process

In the event of any dispute:

• Step 1: Contact us at kindkang@gmail.com to resolve informally
• Step 2: If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration in Hong Kong
• Step 3: Arbitration decisions are final and binding

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms

• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• Required by law or regulation

Upon termination, your Shopping Points balance may be forfeited, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to Terms

• Sending email notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
